Arise Center is a medicaid provider licensed by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) for more than 10 years. We provide services to individuals with disabilities. Our services feature Residential, Behavioral and Therapeutic Services. Arise Center currently offers two lovely homes located in Port St. Lucie Florida. The Magnolia House with 5 beds and the Tulip House with 6 beds. Both homes offer private and semi-private rooms.
